great location but room amenities lacking
The location is fantastic with fine views of the nearby landmarks. The staff were pretty good too ensure comfort, even providing a kettle and tea bags late at night after my request. I was particularly impressed by the cute nature of the team throughout our entire visit.

Adequate and particularly nice breakfast with cheese and amazing coffee, as for instance and nice customer service. Super and brilliant staffs, gave a few recommendations.

The location is spot on, just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Basilica. Our room was cozy and the staff were very good. Breakfast had so many tasty options too!

Beautiful room, beautiful service, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom that had the best shower I've ever experienced, along with a perfect location just a short distance from popular attractions and accessible via a convenient private water taxi.
Nothing could be improved.

The Good, The Bad, and The Unexpected
A good stay marked by exemplary service and an very nice location near the Rialto Bridge. The room was charming but showed hints of wear and tear. Breakfast was satisfying though lacked variety after a few days. A few minor inconveniences like the room key policy slightly dulled the experience, yet, the overall charm of the place is undeniable.

Hotel was very very nice. Professional staff that were very helpful. Location was fantastic,,, minutes from the Rialto Bridge and short walk to Piazza San Marco. A very enjoyable couple of nights in Venice. I would definately stay there again! Loved the treat on the bed and weather note for the next day at night too.

A Wonderful Venetian Experience
Loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace with warm blankets as the sun set. The reception staff provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. After long days of exploring, returning to our spacious room was a joy. Tip, Enjoy the traditional Venetian cuisine close by, you won't regret it!

We got a free upgrade to a luxury room. The staff spoke very good English and gave very good advice on restaurants, sights and excursions.
You have to pay extra for certain extras such as freshly squeezed fruit juice at breakfast. 4.5euro (!)
